All items listed in our shop are handmade, one-of-a-kind ceramics. Due to the nature of the craft:
If you are commissioning a bespoke piece, we will confirm the details, pricing, and estimated timeframe in writing before beginning.
We accept payment securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in £GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are only confirmed once payment has cleared.
For commissions, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due before shipping or collection.
We ship throughout the UK and internationally where possible. Shipping times and costs will be shown at checkout. Please allow extra time for made-to-order or commissioned items.
As each item is handmade, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs. We will offer a replacement if available, or a refund if not.
Custom commissions are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or do not match the agreed brief.
Commissioned items are created based on mutual agreement between the customer and the artist. Once the details are confirmed, we will provide an estimated completion time. Please note:
