Description: Six framed ceramic prints with poems written with patients in the renal unit.
Concept: To interpret poems in ceramic written by Lynda Nealons, a writer in residence who spent time talking to patients in the renal unit about their experiences with renal failure and their outlook in life.
This artwork included both Lynda and Diane working with patients and using some of the experiences of the patients along with poetry to build up images which were printed and pressed into the soft clay.
